Meta has launched Muse for Small Business, extending its personal AI agent with tools intended to help owners plan campaigns, review performance and keep up with administrative work.
The company says Muse can connect with Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta advertising accounts. It can also work with external business tools covering areas such as storefronts, bookkeeping and customer records.
Suggested uses include analysing sales and campaign results, drafting a growth plan and identifying emails or tasks that need attention. Meta says nothing is published, sent or purchased without the user’s approval. Most core functions are described as free, while additional capabilities are available through subscription plans.
This is a first look based on Meta’s announcement, not a NextNews hands-on test. Availability currently begins in the United States and Canada, and features, connector support and subscription terms may change.
