Samsung’s Galaxy S26 FE is now available in Australia from AU$1,149 for 128GB, positioning it as the lower-cost entry in the Galaxy S26 family but still firmly inside the premium-phone market.
The phone uses a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, an Exynos 2500 processor, 8GB of memory and a 4,900mAh battery. Charging is rated at 45W wired and 15W wireless.
Its rear camera system combines a 50-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and 8-megapixel 3x telephoto camera. Samsung promises seven generations of Android upgrades and seven years of security updates, which strengthens the long-term ownership case.
Independent testing published by TechRadar praised the screen, everyday battery life and update policy, but found the ultra-wide and telephoto cameras less competitive and questioned the value gap to the standard Galaxy S26. Australian pricing rises to AU$1,299 for 256GB and AU$1,599 for 512GB.
